So I do this blog to give others helpful tips and tricks, and to share beneficial experiences, the ultimate goal is so you guys get something out of it. I don’t want to sit here and talk about myself. With that being said I am STRUGGLING this week, not to gush on, and on, about how I have the best friends ever; but I’m going to do my best, and tell you guys how to do a 30a birthday. (because our weekend was pretty close to perfect!)

First though let me introduce to you the birthday girl/bride to be/best dancer in the world/best friend everrrr Kaitlyn! IMG_5085IMG_5587IMG_5367 I KNOW I KNOW HOW BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT IS SHE?!?!

okay I’ll get to the tips!

  • BIKES! Bring them or rent them how ever you can, but on 30a they are a MUST for a sorta of celebratory event! Not only is everything close enough to bike to (for the most part) But you can stop a long the way for food, and drinks! Or in our case bring the Rośe and take swigs out of the bottle along the way! (which leads me to my next tip!)IMG_5219IMG-2281IMG_5241
  • Open Container Law! So I don’t know if you knew this but Seaside and Rosemary beach are both magically considered “Resort Communities” So what does this mean?! BOOZE IS FAR GAME EVERYWHERE! Feel free to walk around with wine beer or even BOTTLES of Rośe!!!!!!!
  • Start the day with CHAMPAGNE! Nothing says celebration time like CHAMPAGNE, you know champagne is such a fun word to say. I love the way it rolls off the tongue and fizzles in my stomach. There really isn’t a better way to start the day!!! I mean look at all the fun!!!!IMG_5270IMG_5282IMG_5286IMG_5296
  • RESTUARANT HOP! We hooped on bikes and stopped and restaurants along the way got an appetizer and drinks all along the way! It is the way to do it!!!IMG_5304IMG_5326IMG_5480
  • DO NOT miss a sunset!!! We accidentally missed it on our first night, so the second night we were bound and determined. We picked up some yummy Rośe at that cute grocery store, and after a short nap, headed over from across the street to watch. This was one of our most favorite times. We laughed sipped and watched a heart stopping pink sky, that matched our Rośe. I’m all smiles just thinking about it!IMG-2314IMG-2271IMG_5499IMG_5509IMG_5525IMG_5518IMG_5521IMG_5538IMG_5540IMG-2313IMG_5491IMG_5494IMG_5495
  • DO hit the stores! All the stores have unique offerings, Its so much fun to look. I know shopping can sometimes be a bore or feel like a pause in celebration, but not these guys! The Sundog Book Store is enchanting. Kelley and I were just talking how calming and beautiful all the stores are, especially that book store, it makes time stand still. Also upstairs is Central Square Records and it is so so cool! The Art of Simple is probably one if the best stores everrr!!! They have the CUTEST STUFF!!!! OMG I WANT EVERYTHINGGG!! I’d like to met there buyer because the taste of that human is impeccable!!!!!!!!! Modica Market is also THE WORLDS CUTEST GROCERY STORE!!! You know those stores you could just spend FOREVER in? These are perfect examples! Of all the seaside shops these are my FAV’S!IMG_5361IMG_5363IMG_5411IMG_5452IMG-2230 (PERFECT FOR THIS BRIDE!^)IMG_5355IMG_5391IMG_5392IMG_5398IMG_5410IMG_5406IMG-2317IMG_5436IMG_5430IMG-2228

(one of our good friends works at this vineyard!!!!!!)

Now that I have picture OVERLOADED YOU! We are going to move onto Restaurant and Bar MUST DO’S!IMG_5612IMG_5600IMG_5575IMG_5604IMG_5571

  • Le Crema!!! OMG OMG OMG OMG CHOCOLATE FONDUUUUUU WITH A PEANUT BUTTER SWIRLLLLL!!!!!! I have DREAMS about this place, and the fondu!! Also the hot sipping chocolate! Seriously this is my favorite place in the world!!! Its in Rosemary Beach and it is a slice of HEAVEN!!!!!
  • The Pearl! Also in Rosemary Beach, The Pearl is a BEAUTIFULLLL boutique hotel, with one of my favorite bars ever! They have the cutest outside fire pits and cabanas, also the bar inside is gorgeous as well. The change the cocktail list often and the drinks are always yummy and strong!IMG_5123IMG_5128 These are at the inside bar, but trust me outside is to die for!!!
  • Fonville Press! So I saw this place spring up last year, and finally got the chance to check it out a few months ago. Not only are the aesthetics superb, but the food and coffee is a 10/10! It was the perfect spot for a final meal and goodbye to a beautiful weekend.IMG_5868IMG_586580A715E2-83DD-41AB-B3B4-972FA2712F9BIMG-2318IMG_5877IMG_5887IMG_5891IMG_5893IMG_5895IMG_5898IMG_5916IMG_5909IMG_5953IMG_5977IMG_5972IMG_5998    IMG_5901Okay so those are my tips for celebrating a 30a birthday! Now I am going to throw in any other cute pic’s I didn’t get the chance to throw in here!   IMG-2278IMG_5307IMG-2279IMG_5069IMG_5116IMG_5207IMG_5388IMG_5660IMG_5311IMG_5343IMG_5486IMG_5596IMG_5676IMG_5679IMG_5751IMG_5768IMG_5779IMG_5797IMG_5839IMG_5840IMG_5848IMG_5850IMG_5854IMG_5862IMG_5863IMG-2280  One last thing before we part. May we never get too old and boring to try on each others clothes and shoes while we eat macaroni drinking wine and dance at 2AM! Alright I love you!!!!!!!!! BYE!!!!!!!

This was the start of a beautiful adventure!

So you know I LOVE to go on trips, anywhere, anytime, any place! I’ve been on itinerary based, well thought out, strictly scheduled, super planed trips; I’ve also done spur of the moment, we are leaving in 10 minutes, grab your tooth brush, and lets go, type trips. This one was super on the spontaneous side, which for some can be stressful! Not me though, I’m about to show you how to do a spontaneous trip right!IMG_1552

  • SAY YES!!! The first step into making something like this happen is to ignore those stupid voices in your head, giving you every excuse in the world; and say that tiny but powerful three letter word, YES! Listen, there is ALWAYS a reason, def plenty of excuses, and all the circumstances in the world not to do something, but you have one life to live, one chance to smell the roses, and experience all the wonder on this beautiful world! Say YES, and figure it out, you can do it, and I PROMISE you wont regret it! Everything always falls into place and you just make it work! Next thing you know, you may find yourself in Key West, on a two story catamaran, drinking bottomless champagne, dancing to a live band, during the sunset with one of your favorite girlfriends! All you have to do is say YES!IMG_1412IMG_1375IMG_1378IMG_1396IMG_1468
  • Make a list not a plan!  When you finally take the plunge, start looking at Instagram hashtags, yelp, and a little bit of Google search.
  •  Make a list of about 5 things you would really like to do! Don’t plan the specific day, or time, until you arrive at your destination. Setting days and times puts everyone on a schedule, and just adds stress to your trip, which is like the last thing you want to do!
  • The list is flexible and doable; also if you don’t get to do everything, guess what? That’s okay! Here’s on example of the list we made beforehand: Cuban Coffee, Ernest Hemingway’s house, Sunset Catamaran Cruise, Southern Most point, Mallory Square, lobster dinner, and Key Lime Pie! ALL ON THE LIST! & PICTURED BELOW! IMG_0420IMG_0423FullSizeRender 3IMG_1309IMG_2902IMG_1561IMG_1571IMG_0510IMG_4174IMG_0404.jpg
  • BE SPONTANEOUS! Even though you may have a list, don’t be afraid to go rogue! That’s when the magic happens! If you see something you want to do, GO do it! Do not feel like you HAVE to go and do anything at a certain time. If you feel like that, you are doing it wrong!
  • Chelsea and I went for a bathroom break, at what we thought was a smoothie place, called Tropical. As we walked in we quickly learned we were mistaken. We ended up leaving that place with a tiny, pink, electric, barbie car, on a whim. We blasted Barbie Girl, The Spice Girls, and a little Brittney aaaallll over Duval Street, as teenage skateboarders hitched on the to back screaming at us to “GO FASTER” they did tricks off the back; and people were even singing and dancing with us, it was the most hilarious, spontaneous time ever! If we would have stuck with a schedule, none of that would have ever happened! The thought of renting one of those tiny clown cars had never even crossed our minds, until we randomly stumbled into it! Moral of the story: BE SPONTANEOUS! Barbie car pictured below! (Also pictured, some other unplanned fun, brewery, and playing with chickens. lol) IMG_0497IMG_0483IMG_4853
  • GO WITH THE FLOW! This may sound similar to being spontaneous, but I don’t mean it in that sense, AT ALL! I just mean that things are going to happen that you didn’t plan for! Plans actually get ruined, you forget your camera charger at home, the restaurant you want to go isn’t taking anymore reservations, you put in the wrong address in the GPS, your flight gets cancelled, etc. etc! You just have to roll with it, DO NOT let it ruin your mood, or your time. You have to remember you are on vacation, and if you can’t do anything about it, on to the next fun thing!
  • All of those things mentioned above happened to us actually, and we remedied ALL of them! That’s because we stayed calm, never freaked out, or got upset, we just went with it! Camera charger, fixed thanks to Amazon Prime! Fancy restaurant that you have to take a boat to wasn’t taking anymore reservations, but guess what!? Open Table was! LOL (Open Table is an app btw). Put in the WRONG address to said restaurant and almost MISSED the reservation!!! We never ran so fast in our lives lol, made the boat ride over by the skin of our teeth, and we were laughing the whole way! My connecting flight got cancelled on the way home, had a drink in the airport and got on the next one! Were these things frustrating, annoying, and super inconvenient?! YES! BUT: we did not let it ruin our time.! That’s the attitude you have to have on last minute trips like this. Everything always works itself out; in the end there is always a story to tell. FullSizeRender 3IMG_2934IMG_3728IMG_1515IMG_0395 2  This was one for the books, and I hope it inspires you to say YES to your next opportunity to travel.                           Traveling is food for the soul, and it is time to ask yourself: Are you hungry?

Okay I love you bbyyyyeee!!!

IMG_0420IMG_0339IMG_0328So this trip was a little different then most, I wasn’t with my best girl friends, or alone, I was with my boyfriends mother. She’s not so much of a traveler, but was totally up for it!  I am a FUN CRAMER and this trip was no different! We did sssooooo much stuff! Coming back to my real job was tough, exhausted was an understatement, we needed a vacation from our vacation; but we still had all the fun! I’ve had a hard time narrowing down the best things from everything we did. I love New York its so beautiful, it buzzes, not how Vegas buzzes, Vegas buzzes with money excitement and sin. New York buzzes with culture, diversity, and hustle. I would live there, its not my 1st choice, but its definitely top 5.

I was a little nervous because when it comes to traveling I do have a lot of strong suits but where I fall short is NAVIGATION, normally I let someone else take the lead on that. Not to say I can’t though, I did go to Indonesia completely alone, but this time it wasn’t just me. I knew getting us through the subways would be totally up to me, and it made me super nervous, because I don’t care if I get lost but I didn’t want to get her lost! She was a trouper though! Meet Janis! She is a firecracker if I’ve ever met one!IMG_0462

so lets get into it, here are 5 things you HAVE to do in NYC!IMG_0249IMG_2258

  • Fridays at The Met: Okay so The Metropolitan Museum of Art is fantastic enough on its own, its safe to say its my favorite building in NYC; but on Fridays they kick it up a few notches. A few months out of the year they host “Fridays at The Met”, and the museum stays open till 9. Not only are they open for much longer than normal, but they open an indoor tapas restaurant on the second floor which over looks beauty of the museum below you, and they don’t stop there. Not only can you order super yummy food, and drinks, but an orchestra ensemble plays right next to you! I CANNOT MAKE THIS STUFF UP! I was dying inside a little at how perfect it all was! “Fridays at The Met” was probably my FAVORITE thing we did while we were there. We saw my favorite Monet painting that have been, dying to see since I was 5! (My mom bought me a children’s book that incorporated Monet that artwork throughout the story, it was my favorite book) It was a perfect evening! Also They have an upstairs rooftop bar that over looks the city. AND my BFF Megan, who lives in NYC, and her roommate, MET us there! lol get it MET! SO FUN!!!! IMG_0168IMG_0181IMG_0174IMG_0172IMG_0215IMG_0216IMG_0180IMG_0219IMG_0240IMG_0222IMG_0234IMG_0170IMG_2259
  • Go see a Broadway Play, or ANY play: We saw Kinky Boots, but there is really nothing like seeing a play in NYC like that. Everyone is so so so so talented. NYC is obviously flooded with phenomenal, creative, musical, and theatrical people. I would even LOVE to go see an off-broadway play next time too, I’m sure the acting and singing is just as beautiful. The thing about being on Broadway is that they have doll-hairs for the pizzazz aka fancy props and stages. Kinky Boots was AMAZING though!!! I seriously lovvvveeddd it hilarious! We tried to see my talented friend Jessica’s improv group, but they were so good, that by the time we finished our drink from a bar around the corner, that she dropped us off at; the show sold out! Next time Jessica!!! But seriously if you are in NYC go see a show!!! People always amaze me at the talent that pours in from all over the world to the big apple; so go and be amazed!!!                                                                                     PRO-TIP: Put those tiny 99cent vodka shooters in your bra so you don’t have to pay astronomical drink prices! I have tested this out! Works great.

IMG_0410IMG_0408

  • Hotdogs and Buckets of Beer at the Brooklyn Bridge: Right next to this place called The Ice Cream Factory, there is this little covered out door hot-dog place. They have cheapish hotdogs, with butter toasted buns; and cheapish buckets of ice cold BEER! Listen, thats not even the best part! The best part is THE VIEW! You have the most amazing view of the city skyline. We sat out there for HOURS, an had 1 bucket of beers to many! haha! This was one of my favorite things we did! This cheap meal was an experience! You sit at these little red tables and just awe over the NYC skyline!IMG_0422IMG_0430IMG_0418IMG_0428IMG_0405IMG_0409IMG_0415
  • IMG_0359IMG_0392IMG_0373IMG_0368
  • The MoMa: Museum of Modern Art: This place! So, its not as grand and luxurious as The Met, but it has its own essence of cool. They have some classics as well as PLENTY of modern art! We saw ‘Starry Night‘ here, which was a dream come true for me! It was just a great way to spend an afternoon. Walking among the beautiful art, and interesting history of it all. I love that they thrown in some classics as well! It was relaxing and interesting!                                                                                                    PRO-TIP: They have a huge wrap around couch to chill and put your feet up! Its a great place for a quick rest!
  • IMG_0385IMG_0380IMG_0363IMG_0366IMG_0370IMG_0369
  • Sleep No More: Unfortunately I only have one blurry phone photo from this AMAZING one of a kind experience!!!!!!! This was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done in my ENTIRE LIFE! So this is an interactive play! Its loosely based on Shakespeare’s McBeth. It’s a bit complicated to explain but I’ll do my best! Upon entering, you are handed a playing card with a number 1-10, or and jack, king, queen, etc. We got the tickets where we had a table , they are a little more but totally worth it! You are also given this mask. Phones and cameras are forbidden, (hence my lack of photo’s, I snuck this one)! You go into this 1920’s themed lounge (pictured below) As they call your card, you are sent into the “hotel” in groups, separate from the people you came with. It is described as an individual experience. The hotel is dark  and about 8 stories or so. You then follow all the characters throughout the hotel running around. There are many, many scenes going on at once on every floor. Its impossible to see the whole thing on one go, in my opinion. They will whisper things in your ear, and bring you into the play for a few lucky people. I got brought in! Super cool, super creepy! Everything is so so so detailed and thought out, from the papers in the drawers on the desk, to the candy, in little bowls. There is nudity, blood, tears, and love. IT WAS SO FREAKING COOL! If you are looking for a different experience in NYC, this is it! It has a haunted house vibe, but trust me it is not a haunted house. Nothing is going to pop out at you, the goal is not to scare you its just a play! It does feel like you are actually in a play or a movie. I would HIGHLY recommend, DEF going again next time I’m in NYC!IMG_0141 Sorry it has taken me so long to get this post up. I’ve honestly just been focusing on my mental state lately. I’m feeling much better now, and I’m ready to get back to my goals and dreams! Anyway! I hope you can find this of some help for your next trip to NYC, or enjoyed the pictures and short read!  Many more post to come! Thanks for your patience, and hope you had awesome memorial day! YAY!!! I’m going to leave you with some 9/11 memorial pictures in honor of the holiday! Remember I love you!!!!IMG_0519IMG_0511IMG_0506IMG_0501IMG_0553IMG_0502

episode-52-1024The first time I ever heard of The Moth was on my favorite show! It’s no secret that the show Girls on HBO is probably one the the things I cherish the most in this whole world! I even embarrassingly created a FB group to connect with other girls who loved the show. lol! I know, I’m lame! (If you want in click > Girls Who Watch Girls…The TV Show) Anyways! I saw this episode where Hannah got on this stage and bared her soul, by telling a true story, in in front of a ton of people at this place called The Moth. It was so beautiful to me. So I did what everyone does when they don’t understand something, I googled it, and I was fascinated by what I found. And I knew right then and there, I HAD to go!

(The pic below is RIGHT before my first Moth experience in New Orleans)IMG_1849

The Moth has been around since 1997. They have events in bigger cities, held once a month. At these open-mic-style events there is one topic which is announced 3 months in advance. The topics are usually one-to-two words, and sort of up for interpretation. They are all something that humans, by nature, experience in some capacity or another. For example the next upcoming months topics (in most locations) are, “Fresh“, “Karma“, “Cheating“. They call these events “StorySLAMS“. People come prepared with a 5 minute TRUE story on the given topic, and the hopeful story-tellers all place their names in a hat. The Moth draws from those names, and 10 people are chosen. The names drawn are the story-tellers for the night. They each get up, one by one, stand on stage and pour their heart out, with experience and truth. There are also 3 judges in the audience, picked at random. Sometimes in teams of two and sometimes just 3 separate people. Judges simply hold up a number that can be seen from the audience to the stage, and it is recorded on stage the old fashion way, hand to paper.  The judging and winning isn’t important though, it’s the  getting up and sharing. That is the real prize. Everyone in attendance can feel it too. However, after 10 StorySLAMS in a city, they have a GrandSLAM Championship, where each winner steps on a bigger stage and again bares all. The only real prize to win is human connection. It’s beautiful, in every sense of the word.IMG_2046 2-2

If you live in the Panhandle of Florida, like myself, the closest cities with The Moth are New Orleans, (3 hours Pensacola, 5 hours from Panama City Beach) or Atlanta (5 hours from Pensacola or Panama City Beach) On The Moth’s Website, is a full list of cities where you can search for events! As I said before, they are in bigger cities all over the country!IMG_3223-2IMG_4313-2IMG_9719

New Orleans is closest to me! 3 hours, not too bad! The GrandSLAM was the next event The Moth had up, so I just had to go! I bought tickets, booked a room at my favorite hotel in Nola, and convinced my mom to come with! We had a magical experience at The Joy Theater. We drank champagne, and listened to stories from people of all different ethnicities and ages, 21-87. The girl who runs The Moth Nola was soooo freaking funny!!! All the stories were so special! We laughed, teared up, and felt almost every emotion. Leaving the theater, I remember feeling buzzed off human connection. It really says something about humans in general, that although we are all so different, with different families, friends and cultures, we all experience the same range of emotions, and that somehow we are all connected. The Moth is really about The Human Experience.

IMG_9715IMG_1313-2IMG_7897-2IMG_9724IMG_9730

The Moth made me grateful to be alive, and I hope you make it a point to experience it. I’m thinking of entering next time! Let me know what you think about The Moth, and if you’ve seen that Girls episode I’m referring to! Or even if you watch Girls at all! I really hope you look into The Moth and if you ever want to go, I AM SO DOWN! Seriously, hit me up! Well, I love you! I’m going to leave you with some super cute New Orleans pictures of my FAVORITE hotel The Catahoula!

Last, but not least, here’s a super cute pic of my mom!!

Okay, I love you BBYYYEE!

(*Sorry it’s been a while! I got a BRAND NEW computer. My old one just wasn’t cutting it, so it took me a while to switch everything over! Thanks for your patience!)

IMG_8564

Vegas BABY!  I recently went to Las Vegas with my BFFs! And let me tell you, of course we ate at the CUTEST places and saw the BEST shows and did all the things we could possibly fit in! (I told you I’m a fun crammer!) Las Vegas, SIN CITY, or as I like to call it CHANDELIER CITY, is basically a play ground for adults. But for real about the chandelier.. I feel like they have a law that there must be a chandelier per every 50 feet! Lol! To me, almost everything looks similar or has the same Vegas vibe. Think flashy, shiny, big! Sensory overload! The air in Vegas buzzes with electricity and excitement at ALL HOURS! It’s funny, because I know they call NYC the city that never sleeps, but I beg to differ! That title most definitely belongs to Las Vegas!  We tried to do a little bit of everything! This is my second time in Vegas, so I have my bearings enough to show you a great time! You CAN’T miss some of these gems! Ah! I’m getting a food coma, and a hangover just thinking about it!

IMG_8101IMG_8092IMG_8186

  1. Whist: If you want to ease into Vegas, or if you just need a break from the strip and want to do some shopping, Whist is the place for you! This place was a DREAM! I’ve also discovered I’m super into loungey places. (Also, not sure if loungey is a word.) We sat outside and the aesthetic portion of my soul was in heaven! Whimsical, charming and just everything you want in a brunch spot! We stayed for HOURS catching up, drinking all the bubbles and pretty drinks! This is the PERFECT brunch spot! It’s located in Henderson, about a 5 minute drive from the strip. Whist is surrounded by great shopping too! The food was FABULOUS! I’m not normally into sweet potato fries, but trust me, ORDER THEM!!!

IMG_8115IMG_8161IMG_8109IMG_8093IMG_8190IMG_8195IMG_8119

IMG_1496

2. GAMBLE: Okay, so you’re in Las Vegas. You HAVE to gamble. You just have to do it, right?! DO NOT waste time and money on penny slots, they are confusing and you will be throwing ‘Dolla Bills Yo’ in the trash can! If you are a beginner like me, Roulette is the way to go! Also go to “Old Vegas” to gamble! (It’s the only place I will gamble.) The table “buy-in” is way cheap, like 5 dollars, as opposed to $50-$100!! I normally limit myself to $50 max, but start with $20! I LOVE roulette because it’s super easy!!!! Pick a number, pick a color and BAM, there you have it! Also, free drinks while you’re gambling which is super cool! Good luck tracking down a waitress though! Haha! (The pics below are from my phone sorrryyyy)

IMG_0717IMG_9787IMG_5139IMG_8521IMG_8523

3. The STRIP: Obviously, you have to go down the strip and sight see. This is where you can just feel the excitement in your bones! Seriously, the air buzzes! You should spend a whole day walking in and out of all the hotel/casinos. All of them are different, but with the same Vegas vibe. Everything is so… extra, lol! That’s a good way to describe it. Grab a frozen drink and walk around!

PRO-TIP: Open containers are allowed everywhere! You know what that means! Go to the liquor store, pick your poison and have it with you. Put it in your purse or flask up! Everything on the strip is super, super expensive!!!

IMG_8484IMG_8588IMG_8546

4. The Chandelier Bar: Have you ever wondered what it would be like to hang out IN a chandelier? This place is an experience! The Chandelier Bar is one of my favorite bars I’ve ever been to! It’s so freaking beautiful, and it’s like 3 stories! (I think, don’t quote me on that!) Get a yummy drink, relax and enjoy the aesthetic! They even have a mouth-numbing drink! (I haven’t tried it yet, but it’s on my list for next time!!!) This place is just superrrr dreamy!!! (It’s located in The Cosmopolitan. You can’t miss it!)

IMG_8556IMG_8529-2IMG_8533IMG_8568

5. Paris: Anther must-stop spot is Paris! Run in, grab a drink, lounge out! Comfy chairs and yummy drinks! The ceiling is painted like the sky, it’s weirdly calming. Such a cool spot though! We sat here for a few hours, had some yummy drinks and talked our heads off. It’s super relaxing. One of those places that makes you forget where you are for a little while. This has probably become one of my most favorite things to do in Vegas.

IMG_8355IMG_8347IMG_1344

76C1DFDF-0643-4206-81B3-10CC2F810890 (Cellphone pic, sorry! ^)IMG_82775. Mon Ami Gabi: This is a restaurant that looks like something straight out of a fairy tale! The inside-outside court yards are super dreamy! It’s moderately priced for being on the strip. Everything is so YUM! And it’s French inspired food. We had so much yum cheese, and their fresh bread, OMG! I can still smell it as I’m writing this! Aaahhh, sssooo ggooooddd! Also, I am NOT a Sangria person. (Thanks to 19 year old Torri and those stupid, huge $8 Carlo Rossi Sangria jugs.. Wine pong, don’t ask.) But I gave their’s a try anyway. It was a good move, for sure!IMG_8300IMG_8305IMG_8312IMG_8299IMG_8273

IMG_9692

6. Go see a Cirque Du Soleil O Show! Samantha and I managed to get a steal off of Craigslist actually, lol! I don’t know if I would recommend doing it, but it worked out awesome for us! We saw O and it was freaking GOOD!!! We were OOOO-ING and AAAAHHH-ING the whole time! Lol! But it’s amazing what the super humans in this show can do. And even what humans are capable of doing, in pulling a show like this off. My mind was completely BLOWN AWAY! I’ve heard every Cirque Show is amazing. This was my first one and it was probably one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen!

IMG_4428 IMG_5316

(^^^Cell phone pic of our best ‘O’ faces! Lollll)

7. Old Vegas: Old Vegas, hands down, is totally my vibe. You should definitely spend a day down there day-drinking. And then gamble at The Cortez at night! (I knowww, same name as AHS Hotel! Love that season!) There are so many awesome restaurants/bars. Container Park is down there as well. It’s a cute area made out of shipping containers, with shops and restaurants all throughout. All the bars in Old Vegas are super cute, tons of art everywhere you look! One restaurant worth mentioning: Park on Fremont. We had a Mac and Cheese Philly Cheese Steak! I am not even joking! And YES, it was sooooo freaking goooddd!

8. Bottiglia: OH MY GORGEOUS! THIS PLLAACCEEE! This place had my favorite meal of the trip! We got the full experience! Also, I think it takes winner in ‘The Cutest Place in Las Vegas’. Bottiglia is about a 10 min drive from the strip and sssoooo worth it! IT’S SO BEAUTIFUL AND LOUNGEY! Want to talk about dreamy aesthetics? Ugh, I though I died and went to heaven, lol! And allllll the pastaaaa!! Yuummm! Super cute Italian fine dining, it was amazing!! I am so mad at myself that I did not bring my camera! So these cell phone pics will have to do. Just know this place was it!!! Also, we didn’t come for brunch but we did see they have $10 bottomless ROSE! Next time I’m in Vegas I will be here with some Rose! That is a fact! You should too!! UGH, I just wish I had more pictures to show you, but these are all I got!!!IMG_1486

9. Bachi: So this is only in Vegas and it is a true GEM! I’m not usually a huge burger person. I mean every now and again, but this place.. I am DROOLING again! Like, legitimately swallowing my saliva so I don’t get it on my keyboard! They do Asian-Style burgers? I know seems like a weird concept, but just please trust me on this one! This is a game changer! Bachi Burger was on one of those shows that features unique, yummy foods. They have toppings like apple vinegar, pineapple ketchup, and miso butter! I’m so upset right now because all I want is one of these burgers, but I’m in Florida and there is nothing I can do about it!!! (First world problems.) PLEASE try this party in your mouth. They have 3 locations, all in Las Vegas, but none on the strip. MAKE IT HAPPEN! GO!

10.  SOHO SUSHI BURRITO: This is a real thing! It’s exactly what it sounds like, too! Think one GIANT sushi roll FILLED with whatever your heart desires!!! They have some prepared options too, because it can be a bit overwhelming with sssooo many choices!! I will tell you mine was sssoooo gooodddd! Haha! They put it in front of me, I took some pics, then I BLACKED OUT AND IT WAS GONE!!! lol! The good thing about being in Vegas, is that there are sushi burrito places everywhere, haha! Think Subway, but with all your favorite sushi ingredients!

In hind sight, this was kinda almost all about food! LOL! I’m a little embarrassed, I’m not going to lie. But hey, isn’t that what a vaycay is for though? Right, lollll. Anyways! When you’re in Las Vegas next time, I hope this helps you out! It was such a blast getting to see my best friends and exploring together. Since I had so much to say about food in this post, lol, let me know what food place you’d like to try the most in the comments below! Hope you’re having an awesome day! I love you bye!
